For every project there are a number of professional parties involved: the designer, builders, sub-contractors, suppliers, certifying agents, and final inspectors. Project management, when set up correctly, helps organizing a job site at its best, in compliance with costs, time frames and quality requirements of the final works.
The Project Manager will supervise the works and will perform inspections at the various stages of implementation. Through periodic visits at the job site, the Project Manager will check that the works are being performed up to standard and that the materials used by the contracting company meet the contract requirements and specifications.
